at this moment i have 3 share of IPCL.. can you please tell me how i can get refund of my money, IPCL merge with RIL at 5:1 ratio, ..

many people like me they dont know whre they can get refund from RIL or From IPCL,

it already more than 2yrs passed, but no responce from both company.
