IPOD
False commitment

Dear Sandeep,

This is FARUKH SHAH. My order No is 5036277.I recieved the I POD on 3/12/08 ordered by me on 26 november having transaction no-15619532. But, I pod is not working properly and its not a 1 GB I POD.Its battery is not charging properly. So, I request you to please replace the I pod sent by you immediately.

I wish that you will support me. I am waiting for your reply.
