Falls transection in my DEC. 2008 statement

I have not made any transection of an amount of Rs. 20, 000/ on dt. 12/11/08 &14/11/08 as mentioned in my Dec.08 statement. Besides this the Processing Fee & Service Tax amount (Rs 1700 210) will not be applicable to me. Please check this and deleted this amount from my statement.
