Dear sir,

I have submitted the application for discontinuation of services requirement for IPTV for

Tel No.27569309 wide OB 19970 dt. 10.12.08

Further I am being charged of Rs.199 even now.

Please let me know, why it has not been canceled till date and what about the excess charges paid to MTNL on your behalf for the service which is not being availed by me. MTNL line is in name of my father-in-law Mr. Madan Lal Gupta.

Please make the refund of security deposit and excess amount paid in the name of Mr. Lalit Sayal,

as the payment was made to you from Lalit Sayal's account.
