Cancellation of IPTV

I control (IPTV) has been installed at my place on 04/10/08 and the receipt number is:10254. It is not working properly since it installed and i make complaint on the customer care almost everyday and everyday i have been told that someone going to visit my home within 24 hours but nobody has come yet. I am not at all satisfied with the services. You can check at the customer care about my complaints. I am really upset with the services. After struggling with these people when i did not get any response i decided to cancel the connection and i made a written complaint to Commercial Officer, Sanchar Haat, Okhla. on 19/12 and till now no action has been taken from their side too. It is always a common man who suffers. I want to elevate this complaint to the top management and if they have little concious alive in them then please help me on this. I have not used the service even for an hour also and since october i am paying 200/= as a rental for the services which i am not been able to use yet. My contacts no. and address is mentioned below.
