Refund problem

Sir/Madam,

This is regarding refund amount for cancelled ticket and failed transaction. I kindly request to process my request and refund amount many times Otherwise tell me to whom i contact to get refund amount. I am totally frustrated by this. reply me as immediately as possible.

I am using IOB debit card to book tickets. I never faced any problem to book ticket, but I am facing problem whenever I am canceling tickets. Last year I cancelled 3 tickets. And I asked about refund of cancelled ticket to you by sending mail. That time I received details about the refund amount of respective ticket’s transaction ID, settlement ID and Receipt number from you. And you instructed me to ask my bank about the details of deposited amount by you. But they had no records of deposited money in my account.
