I cancelled 2 tickets on 22nd Oct. My problem is I have done the payment from my ICICI credit card now that card is closed so I requested IRCTC to please deposit my Amount on my Axis Bank, Account information Name Prashant Khampria, Account No. 3150101000******** branch name pune. But after that I called them 15 times for my refund but I never got any satisfactory answer from there customer care even I sent them 10 to 12 mails. After some time they said send as information for ICICI bank account as it is more convenient for us, but till today I have not received the amount. I don't now how to believe in government. I think I have already paid 200 rs in phone bill just to call there customer care.
