Erroneous additional debit to bank account on 03/12

Sir,

on 03/12, I have booked two tickets for trvel to bombay from ahmedabad on 22/12 & returned to ahmedabad on 23/12 vide PNR No. 833 830433028 & 833 897826935 respectively.

The ref no 833 889576178, with debit of Rs 1451.00 was failed during booking as bank's server gate had not allowed to debit the account.

I confirm that I was delivered only two tickets for PNR Nos. refered above. As the transaction for third debit for refrence No. 833 889576178 was not complete, the credit should not have been adjusted against any transaction. I hope that the you will oblidge me by returning the debited amount, as I can not go for cancelation as the ticket has not been delivered to me.
