E TICKET BOOKING REFUND DUE TO NON CONFIRMATION OF THE TICKET

Hi

Myself Anish Thomas.

I have booked 4 e-tickets for 10 travelers, traveling between Ahmedabad and Mumbai by Karnavati AC Chair Car. The journey date was 14-Dec.

These are the PNR no. of the e-tickets.

1. 8448385749

2. 8126156630

3. 8516481230

4. 8516469043

Now, These tickets were WAITING LISTED after the chart was prepared which means that, IRCTC will have to automatically refund me the amount for the tickets. But till now, i have not received the refund on my Credit Card and there is no intimation from the side of IRCTC as well.

Kindly help and suggest in the matter.
