Not Refund canceled Amoumt

Hi,

I would you like to say regarding my PNR No. 6120645640. this ticket was canceled in the month of November, but till now I didn't get the refund money.

When I am sending mail to care@, all times getting only please wait one week. you will get the money shortly.below is their reply mail..

We have not received complete refund file from the railways against the

said canceled ticket having PNR-NO 6120645640.That's why due amount has

not been refunded yet. We have already taken up the issue with the

railways. We are arranging the special refund for the same. We assure you

By the luck, I am able to talk with customer care executive, then they ware saying, you will get the money very soon.

Just want to ask with Mr. Lalu Prasad yadav, when will come next week and when will I get my refund amount.
