I Cancelled 2 tickets out of 10 bookings made from Citibank credit card on 07-11.

as per your status showing in my IRCTC id it refunded on 08-11 but when i checked my citibank account details amount is not credited.i also verify with citibank customer care for same but they said that from IRCTC no such instruction send for us. I am also cheked with 2 month Citibank statement where i book my tickets. but said amount not credited in my account. Hence requesting you to kindlly llok into this matter most urgentlly and do the needul.
