Non receipt of refund for 2 years

Hello Sir,

It's been since 2 years I had been requesting IRCTC customer care (etickets@irctc.co.in, care@irctc.co.in, cvo@irctc.com) for refund of my train ticket as I had missed the train and cancelled the ticket immediately after missing the Vikramshilla train at Delhi Junction on 4th Jan' 07. The PNR no. of ticket is 2134492715 and it had been advised that issue is pending with concerned zonal railway.

I would appreciate all the help that you can extend for getting my refund immediately as issue is pending since last 2 years.
