No refund

Dear Sir,

We had booked a ticket for ASR-HWH Express (Train No : 3050) (PNR NO: 2155462354 : Transaction ID: 0082924405; Booked on : 19-12) from Varanasi to Howrah (Date: 11.01.2009) which got cancelled. But we have not received the refundable money yet. We have tried to cancel the ticket, but couldn't. Please arrange to refund the money as soon as possible.

I have written several times to etickets@irctc.co.in, but yet not received any clarification.
