Non Refund of Booked Ticket

Ref: PNR Nos.4317833768, 4405393592

I booked 2 tickets on 04.03.09 by using my SBI ATM Card but while processing I have pressed the back button while processing, so one ticket detail wasn't displayed, so I booked another ticket. For this 3 tickets amount has been reduced in my account. Ticket bearing PNR No.440593592 did not confirm. But I have received only one ticket amount as refund so kindly give clarification for this.
