Ticket not booked but money debited from my acount

Hello sir,

i hv booked ticket for 3 on 16 march from vadodara to pune.. journey dated 5-june

i cliked on the pay option . but it is showing some error message... this is the third time am suffering this problem due to the negligence of railway department and faulty website.. i request u to take strict action against them...

the message is like this..
