IRCTC
No refund till date

Hi,

I had booked a ticket for travel on 26th Nov. Out of 3 tickets 2 were wait listed and just 1 was confirmed during the chart preparation. I immediately ie before train departure mailed to irctc to cancel the confirmed ticket also.

Till date there is no sign of refund. also no one is bothered to check and confirm on the status. Pls coordinate and suggest.
