No delivery of ticket despite of debit from account

Hi,

Today in the morning, ie on 13th may 09, I tried to book an e ticket through IRCTC online services as per the detail as mentioned bellow

Name of Passanger - JD JAISWAL (M 46)

Train No. 2458A, Date of Journey 23rd May, Class 3rd AC,

As per the bank transaction statement of UTI, it is seen that payment of Rs 843.03 has been done on 13th of may 09 against the same booking vide transaction statement no ICNN/ 9426622/ 007010200017879/ 130509/110, however, ticket is not booked by IRCTC saying that payment is not received from bank.

In a given situation I am simly blank as to what should i do. Please look into the matter and book the ticket immediately if payment is received otherwise inform immediately so that next booking can be initiated.
