This is to inform you that the (PNR: 2255406697) from NDLS TO MGS booked for 21st December was cancelled on same date by me and the TDR which was filed on 24/12/08, it has been 5 months and still the refund money has not been refunded to my account. So kindly look into the matter and please get the problem resolved.
