SIR,

I AM AN REGISTERED USER OF IRCTC AS Zahir4U, I USED TO BOOK ONLINE RAIL TICKET THROUGH IRCTC USING MY SBI ATM CUM DEBIT CARD.BUT ON 18TH MAY I WAS BOOKING E-TICKET USING MY SBI CARD (RS.2383) WITH TWO TRANSACTIONS, BUT TICKET NOT CAME NOT EVEN ITS SHOWING FAILED TRANSACTION ON IRCTC' WEB SITE BUT MONEY HAVE BEEN DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT.I ALSO LIKE TO MENTION THE TRANSACTION ID'S (0115354112, 0115357852, 0115365381). I ALSO CALLED THE IRCTC'S CUSTOMER CARE TO GET THE DETAILS OF SUCH ID'S.BUT THEY SAID BETTER TO SEND AN MAIL, I ALSO SEND AN MAIL, BUT THE REPLY IS NOT UNDERSTANDABLE BY ME.SO I THOUGHT ITS BETTER TO INFORM CONSUMER FORUM.SO SIR ITS A REQUEST PLEASE LOOK AFTER MY MATTER AND TAKE AN APPROPRIATE ACTION TO IT.
