Refund of amount pending due 23 may

Sir/Madam,
I booked a ticket from Bandra terminus to Nizammudin on 23rd may. Even though the transaction was completed by me using my required password for verisign visa. As always the transaction failed on IRCTC's side. And the amount of Rs.687/- got deducted from my HDFC account. But the ticket never showed up. Now, in the failed transactions it shows payment has been settled but it has been 3 days and still no refund has been done. Kindly look to it that the transaction with the transaction ID -- 0116408681 gets refunded in my account as soon as posible as this is harassment on the part of the customer to bear the expenses and not get the service required from such a recognized reservation portal.
