Hi sir,
i did reserve ticket for trichy to Bangalore in mysore express for 10-06. i canceled ticket and it was not showing any thing in the canceled status. but if i was doing canceled second time then it is showing that it is already canceled. i check status in pnr number then it was showing can/mod status.
but i did not get my money back.
please check this and give me my money back. this is matter of trust of customer on the irctc. and you can not take my money like this. return my money.
