Refund Status - Pending

I have booked my tickets for the month of April from IRCTC website, since a regular user of the services last two - three years, this ticket which was booked in April, tried to cancel two seats on 17th April and still waiting for a refund which is almost one and half months old case.

I have been calling IRCTC all month of April & May, now June for the refund status, spoke to Asish on 3rd May, Poonam on 12th May, Sharma on 17th May, Pallave on 26th May, Priyanka, S.Kumar, Hussian. M & Pravesh Kumar on 15th June to know whats happening, everyone takes my contacts and advise that Mr. Vivek Kumar of Refund Office will call you with details, since the transfer is done, but to the wrong account, as verified by Vivek Kumar last time on 2nd June, still not been able to transfer my money back, its mere Rs. 746/- & Rs.248/- in total both. I have send my bank statement till 30th April in which it is not reflected also.

Just for helping me out if you wish to, PNR nos.- 8327631813 & 8329103178 of amount Rs.248/- is also pending to be refunded back. With the same, have a complaint query nos - Q-97113 for reference, to solve case fast if needed to.

Awaiting for a speedy reply to it or will feel that the country legal systems are also in vain to respond.
