Efund of failed transaction

On 8.8.2009 i had purchased tickets e-tickets using sbi-atm-cum-debit card. When I was making the payment by typing the confirmation code the link to the web site was cut and it prompted me to do the payment once again from the start. So again i login to my irctc site and started the procedure and made my payment of Rs.6267/- Rs.10/- transaction charges from my sbi atm-cum-debit card for the ticket, Today 10.8.2009 when I checked my bank statement I found to my surprise that an amount of Rs.6277/- has been debited twice from my account whereas I had only purchased 1 ticket. my failed transaction ID No. is 0134538317. when i checked refund of my status i found these details. kindly tell me what should I do at this stage.
