Refund of failed transaction due to server error or website erro

Dear sir/ madam,

yesterday on 31/08/09 I was trying to book a ticket through IRCTC's website from Nizamuddin to Bandra,

Booking details:-

Pnr Number : 0 Transaction ID 0139676080

Train No: 2910 Train Name: BDTS GARIB RATH

Around 11:00 am

The transaction was done through SBI atm cum debit card. Everything went ok and after entering card no. and all the details the website showed some error and could not complete the transaction and no ticket booked. I repeated the same process and I got the ticket. But when I checked my bank account the cost of ticket Rs. 582/- was debited from my account.

I got no mail for this mistake from IRCTC when I checked the failed transaction section on the website it was saying Payment Not Received From Bank then where did the exact amount of money went from my account. After all this I when I mailed customer care I got no reply from them.. Is this the kind of services IRCTC is providing to it's customers? It is a sheer negligence on part of IRCTC. I'm not the only one I read complaints of many people who faced such situation. IRCTC should take full responsibility for such carelessness and take proactive steps towards amending the weaknesses in their system.

If it continued people will lose trust from this website.

Please help me to get the refund of the money debited from my account.
