It is to bring to notice of the concerned authorities that standards of catering in Doronto Exp. dt.16 oct.2009 from Pune - H.Nizamuddin were extremely poor. The food served was of poor quality and completely cold. Further there were no provision of hot flask to serve water for beverages, the hot water was served in disposable glasses.
