Sir/Madam,
When i was making payment for rail reservation from Bangalore to Thanjavur by train No 6531 through online Citibank Atm cum debit card. It displayed " Transaction cannot be processed", but the amount has been deducted from my bank account. I did not get the reservation slip also.
Please look into the matter and do needful. I have pasted the ticket details.
