Nonrefund of cancelled e-ticket

I have given a complaint to this forum (LAST WEEK) regarding the non payment of my cancelled e-ticket which was done on 4/02. What is the use of this forum? I don't know. Can you give some advise to me, to whom I have to contact for getting my money back.
