Refund money not Credit to account

Hi,

I had booked ticket from Nagpur to Patna journey dated 10.10.2009 having PNR 4311090672. I had cancelled this ticket on 5.10.2009 and I got below money refund mail also. But amount has not been credited yet. There is no recipt no showing in irctc website's refund status. I mailed to care@irctc.co.in, they gave me the settlement id and asked to contact bank. When I contacted to bank, bank asks to contact IRCTC. This is really ridiculous and frustrating.
