Dear Sir,
I have booked through IRCTC and am a Senior Citizen also. But unfortunately all the three times it was allotted Upper Berth vide PNR Nos.4524998636;4112558904;4412557813 dt.11.11.2009.
I hav to cancel the above e-tkts with a loss and more to that my money not yet deposited back into my account.
I am here surprised about the railway booking package logic about allotting Upper berth to senior citizen. on 13th I went to booking counter and appraised with the booking clerk for allottment of at least middle berth and got it!
Hence kindly look into my complaint and repay me the amount loss due to cancellation of three PNRs coz no fault on my part. The top most priority may be given to get lower berth for the deseving people.
