The site seems to be useless, as most of the times it doesn't work. And specially when I tried to book my tickets in tatkal I log into irctc from 6 am morning but as soon as its 8 am the server goes down and remains down for 5 minutes and finally when the page opens reservation status is reached 100 waiting.
I would suggest its better to close this site, because anyways its of no use. Rather provide the phone numbers of agents so that it would be a straight deal.
