E Ticket Booking

Dear Sir/Mam,

This is Soumitra Ghosh from New Delhi. On 12th March I've tried to book a E-Ticket 2 times for a journey. But after a long time the result is that IRCTC deducted Rs 8000 from my HDFC bank credit card with out booking any ticket. So am totaly hopeless. Please help me in this regards.

My irctc user id is soumitrag1. I was trying to book ticket from New Delhi to Bhubaneswar twice on New Delhi Puri Express (class- III AC) for three passenger including me.

PLEASE Help me ASAP.
