FEMALE SR. CITIZEN CONSESSION GIVEN @30% INSTED OF 50%

I have booked ticket for my mother ticket in group Travelling date June but IRCTC Charge fare Citizen Female with conession @30% instead of 50%. I telephoned to IRCTC so many time except comuter no agent received my telphone & disconnect connection. Kindly given me refund procedure for above & refunded 20% amount of women Sr. citizen amount.
