Sir,
i booked a ticket a month before on guruvayur exp (Chennai-Ariyalur). the ticket was confirmed that time and i got the confirmed seats on coach number D4.But, on my date of traveling there was no name in the chart, i was standing all through and some one with the same sat number is sitting there..how is this possible that 2 persons got tickets for the same seats really funny..stupidity... Please work on this and give me a reply..and i alert all please be very careful when booking ur tickets.
