Today on 27th april i was trying to book a ticket on irctc but i was getting status as not available but when i contacted an agent he told me that there are 35 seats available (tatkal quota), isn't it chetaing with normal users why railway is providing such privilages to theire agents just for some extra money and i think this is the success mantra behind railways profit.
