I have scheduled journey from delhi to sultanpur on 28 sep 2007 by SADHBHAWNA EXP.
when i went to station Train was canceled, this cancellation has benn mention on enquiry/Dispaly board. since I have eticket so Ienquiry told me to cancel this ticket through IRCA Building near New Dlehi railway station. I went there, at customer care people told me that they have not upated flag that train has cancelled. since chart has been prepared on IRCTC site so I was unable to cancel the ticket through site.
Finally I submit application & ticket to executive, I have mail so many times on [email protected] but no satisfactory response came.
Please help me to find my cash back.
