Irctc e-ticket
Refund not received till date

I have booked ticked in Jan 09 and i have cancelled the same ticket, i have not received the amount back and i did not receive any response from IRCTC (care@irctc.co.in) even after writing mails three times.

It is gross unjustice to consumers' trust.

I want the refund at the earliest.
