No news about the refund of e-Tecket

Dear Sir,

I could not utilize the train ticket I purchased through IRCTC website as the train was running indefinitely late. I paid INR 983/-for this 3AC ticket (PNR no 2245016333) from Lucknow to Kolkata on 2318 ASR-Sealdah exp. departing Lucknow at 20:55 on 8th February. Since there was no information about the train at the enquiry counter and I had to catch an overseas flight ex- kolkata on 9th Feb, I had to choose other means to reach Kolakata, which in this case was a Jetlite flight.

I requested for the refund to IRCTC at the [email protected] with all the necessay documenets and I got following reply from them

Dear Customer,

Thanks for showing interest in our site. Kindly note that e-ticket cancellation can be done up to the chart preparation, after making chart e-ticket cancellation not allowed. In this case we are forwarding your case to railways for the TDR process. Railways check all the matters and decide what amount should be refunded and this all process takes 90 days or more. Once the railways refunded your amount, we will credited to your same account.

Since then I have approached them several time recently but I am not getting any update from them.
