Dear Sir,

I have cacelled two tickets (No.27640478, 27640479) at Varanasi Jn. On 3.12.08 which was purchased by credit card. Since there was no credit card facility at Varanasi Jn. I have surrendered the tickets there and applied for refund at Southern Railway, Thiruvananthapuram (from where the ticket was purchased) with the surrender certificate. Further I have got a copy of letter (copy attached) on 24.3.09 from CCM/RF/Varanasi stating that my application has been forwarded to your office for further actions. But even after 4 months I haven’t got any information or money from your office. Hence I request you to be good enough to take necessary actions for the refund of my ticket charge.
