IRCTC REFUND MONEY

I booked two tickets using mu SBI internet banking from bangalore (sbc) to bhadravathi (bdvt) in shimoga express train no :6227 on 24.12.2009 .

After making the payment i got message session expired. I checked my sbi account transactions and I can see a payment of Rs 150/- made. However when I see the list under "Booked Tickets" on the website, I dont see any reservation made. transaction id :(0169963006)
