I had booked a ticket for Kolkata from New Delhi for 22nd January. That particular train got late for more than 20 hours. When I called IRCTC customer care nearly 10 hours before it departed I was told that chart has been prepared and the ticker can not be cancelled and suggested to go for FILE TDR option. I did that and it s now over 4 months I have not been refunded any money in spite of several follow ups.
Thus would request you to take a look at this mismanagement.
