IRCTC Indian Railways
I am not satisfied with your services

I have filed a TDR refund of my ticket PNR No. 6239122913. The reason of the same was that the train was late by more than 5 hours. As per the railway rule I am entitled for 100 % refund but till date I have recd only 50% amount and the balance amount is pending from March 10. I am not getting any response from railways or irctc.
