Caterar demanded money

I had travelled with family from Yeswanthpur to Howrah by Duronto Express on 25.10.10. When the train near reached Howrah station on 26.10.10, the caterar had demaneded Rs.150 as bakshish. When I denied paying the same, I was not allowed to disembark at Howrah station. I had to pay Rs.150 to get down from the train.
