IRCTC Indian Railways REGARDING FAILED PAYMENT REFUND STATUS

Dear Sir,

I tried to book ticket in tatkal on 17 Nov but Reservation Status shows NOT BOOKED and Rs.918.03 (Rs.907 Rs.11.03) is deducted from my account.

Details as follows:

Transaction ID:0274600207

Pay Status: Settlement Requested

Reservation Status: Not Booked

Please do the needful to get the refund.
