Refund after cancellation of booked ticket

Sir, I had booked ticket to travel on 31st Dec from Meerut Cantt. to Rajpura having PNR Number 2355542296 on 27.12.2008. I could not travel against this ticket since the train was late by more than five hours. TDR filed on 1st Jan for / as per following details: PNR Number 2355542296 Booked On 27-12 Transaction ID 0084297446, Date Of Journey 31/12, Reason For TDR: Train Late More Than Three Hours. Refund Date : 06-Mar Refund Amount: Rs.129.00 against Total paid amount of Rs 279.00. KINDLY NOTE INSPITE OF SEVERAL REMINDERS, I NOT BEING REFUNDED THE BALANCE DUE AMOUNT. KINDLY DO THE NEEDFUL AT THE EARLIEST.

Again complaint lodged with IRCTC vide No. GAX20090626161. Reply recd as: Dear Mr Raj Kumar Chandwani, Sorry for the inconvenience. Kindly note that your refund amount of Rs. 129/- against PNR No. 2355542296 has been advice to your bank on dt.06.03.09. For remaining refund we are sending Reminder No. 1 to the concerned Railway on dt. 27.05.09. But despite reminder balance refund yet not received from the concerned railway. Now we are sending a Reminder No. 2 dt. 01.07.09, stating that the Train Late More Than Three Hours, at the time of your journey with all the papers pertaining to your refund case As soon as refund, if any, received it will be credited to your card account. TILL DATE REFUND NOT RECEIVED.
