Online Payment made but no ticket received

On 26- 11 afternoon I tried booking a ticket via irctc.co.in

Payment was made thru citibank debit card but after the payment was made, the irctc site was hanging for a while and said page cannot be displayed.

I have mailed multiple times to [email protected] but haven't received any proper response except the auto reply with ticket number (Indian Railway Catering Tourism Corporation #14468).

Can somebody help me to find how to go about this??

I was taken to the citibank site for payment .. I inputted all the details of my debit card and submitted... it was approved... It said money has been deducted from account... after few mins it didn’t tell me my ticket details like coach, berth, etc... I also checked my booked ticket history, it is not there for today's transaction.

I was also not sent a mail confirmation from irctc... I hope you have a server problem...

I immediately checked my citibank debit card account and you guys have deducted 327/- from my account. Please let me know my coach, ticket details.

I had selected - 29th dec 08 as date of journey

Train name - Charminar Express

Only 1 passenger - Name - Subhashini G

Source station - Hyderabad -decan

Destination station - Chennai central

Preference - Upper berth.

I have citibank online transaction details as proof of payment. I can send the PEG file.
