I Nitayanantham. T had traveled through Nellai Express Train from Chennai Egmore To Tindivanam via CGL on 27/09 with travel ticket No.129601065 UTS: C0LM9E32T2 (II M/E) by 8.50 p.m (Time Departure from Chennai Egmore Railway station)
Problem Faced:
I was in the Last compartment (just One compartment In-front of Ladies Compartment) Train had stopped at Tindivanam Railway Station,
But there was No Light at the place where Train Stops Also there is No Plat Form to get Down. Next to this Train there is Other Train also Standing on the Next Immediate Rialway Track, also I was told by the other Co-passenger might be waiting for signal,
I was about to get down from Train there was No Light / No Platform /No Name Board Saying Place Tindivanan..to Highlight the place is very dark to get down and walk.
I went to Ticket Examiner, I told him that these are the things happened, He Immediately asked me to Pay Rs.310 as a fine, I told him I voluntarily told you that this is not the place where I have to get down, also No Light / No Platform /No Name Board these are the facts I could not able to get down,
Then also I told him the actual Fare from Tindivanam To Vilupuram also ill pay but he denies for that. Then I asked to show the fine Details he shown me the chart 0f Rs-22 from Tindivanam To Vilupuram some Rs 10 Extra I didn’t mind paying this amount.
But No information on the Amount Rs-250 for that he told that its as Fine /Excess Fare.
This is not my Problem at all. If I got down at that Dark Light if any thing happen to me who is going to take the Responsibility.

On an Average of one day 35 peoples are coming =35 X 250 8750
If we make an rough calculation of 5000 platforms in a day it gains about =35 X 250 X 5000 43750000
