Booking of multiple tickets using credit card details

Hello,

I had booked 3 tickets from Bangalore to Delhi for 5th of December on 30th of November.

I have just entered my credit card details also only once.

My user id is shettygau.

But there are 2 transactions booked and I am charged double the amount.

The 2 PNR’s are 4515299989 and 4102859319.

Why is that when I have entered my credit card details only once that you have booked my tickets twice?

They do not respond to calls and now when i cancelled one of the tickets it said cannot cancel and after some time both the transactions have been cancelled.

Please help me in this regard
