I went today to a Dental Clinic Orodental in Boring Road, Patna, because they advertise that they have ISO 9000 certification. Inside it is like a closed dungeon with no windows and ancient facilities. I cannot believe this clinic can have such a certification. And they use hard hand tactics to collect money. How to make people and ISO aware that Doctors and others dupe the people like this?
