PF no MH/94095/4216, CHeque no- 416344/501126, dated 29th march.
sent back to bank as i have mentioned the wrong branch on the given a/c. i came to your office in march, that time i understand that the cheque is in reissuing process & officer asked for the letter which will be signed & stamped by bank, i have submitted the letter by may 1st week, where the person informed the officer is on leave, you may please come after 20may. also take bank letter that they have sent the cheque to us. please note in my letter i have written that the cheques has been sent back to PF office & bank officer has signed & stamped aftre reading the letter only.
kindly update the staus immedietely. appriciate your immediate response.
