Dear Sir,
I had work with the Co. name I Solutions providers India dia Pvt Ltd (Associate of ICICI BANK) at the Location GORAKHPUR. a service provides of ICICI Bank Ltd.since 10/06 I have left my Job on 19/06. after that i had already completed my formalities post resignation 3 times.
Every time Iam asking them to release my PF but since long they even didn't reply me nor picking Phone. once i contacted Mr Abhinav Tripathi (RMPPC-ICICI BANK-09936797918) regdarding my PF he informed me that they has already subimtted my PF claim form with PF office Delhi. Till date i have not received any status of my PF Claim Form Status.
